It looks like PayPal or my ISP has problems with the payment notifications sent by PayPal. When customers pay using PayPal, I always recieve a payment notification just seconds after, but in the last couple of weeks, sometime I don't get the noifications at all. I therefore have to check PayPal manually for payment.

Important notice: If you pay by eCheck, it will take up to 14 days before the check is cleared. There is nothing I can do to speed up the process.
When you pay, PLEASE GO TO http://www.dartsforwin.com/paid.html AFTER THE TRANSACTION IS DONE. No unlock code is issued until the check has been cleared.
I can not guess your serial number and without the serial number I'm not able to create the unlock code.
One last thing, don't use fake mail addresses at PayPal. If you do, I will not be able to send you the information on how to get the unlock code.

Three new DfW databases are now available for download.

The Dolgarrog Social Clubdatabase contains the following matches:

  • Dolgarrog Social Club v Deiniolen Bull 20/04/2008
  • Holyhead Foresters v Dolgarrog Social Club 13/04/2008
  • Dolgarrog Social Club v Wellmans 06/04/2008

The price for a license is now set to £20. The reason for the change in the price is the very veak Pound Sterling (around 20% lower than a year ago).

20:10 CET

I have decided to postpone the new version because I want to add a couple more functions. I will also check a couple of other things who needs improvement. I have also done a couple of changes to the unfinished "Round Robin" function. I have changed the maximum number of player in a group from 8 to 10 players. I haved also fixed a bug in the "Match Viewer" and the "Match details" screen. When clicking the "Go to last leg" button in a County match in the "Match Viewer", the numbering of the players would be incorrect. In the "Match Details" screen, the total team average was totally out of sync in county matches due to a numbering bug. It took me 5 seconds to fix it....
Another database from the last BICC round has just arrived. A big thank you to John Williams, Gwynedd for the donation. He worked really hard for this one :)

Don't forget to upload the datbase using the "Upload the current database" in the "Tools" menu if you have a BICC database or anything else you want to share (like tournaments and so on). All databases is checked manually before I publish them, so if you just want to test the function, please do :). Nothing is published anyway until I have approved the database.
Version 2.6.1.0 will be released after the last BICC round this weekend.
Changelog:

  • Printing to PDF using Adobe Acrobat failed because of a bug in Acrobat. I have added a workaround for the problem.
  • Full support for World Cup and Europe Cup draw in the "Tournament" screen following the WDF rules.
  • Added board and time when printing the players in alphabetical order in a tournament.
  • Upload any kind of file to www.dartsforwin.com

The player import files for Premier Division,Division 1,Division 3 and Division 4 are now available for download on the BICC. Division 2 will follow.

Version 2.6.0.12 has been released. This is a bugfix update.
Changelog:

Please not that the "Executable only" update is only for users who allready has the full installation of DfW and wants to avoid uninstallation of the old version by overwriting the old executable. Downloading and running only the exe file without the installation can have unpredictable results on the program
As a result of the weak Pound Sterling, I have to rise the price pr. license to £20 from 01/05/2008.

01.04.2008
09:55 CET

I have had a couple of reports of problems with DfW this weekend. I have one report of problems with the arrow indicator pointing randomly to the wrong side.
This error was caused by the user closed the program in the middle of the match and then restarted the match later using the "Resume a match" function. In set/county matches, the arrow indicator goes bananas after a while if you use the "Resume a match" function. Will be fixed asap.
Another report is a colour distortion on the screen showed between County matches. The colour distortion is not DfW related, but it is related to the graphics driver or the projector not able to show scrolling text. To overcome this problem I will remove the scrolling text and replace it with static labels instead, simple as that. I have also had two reports on the score column has disappeared. This problem is caused by a new resizing algorithm of the score sheet introduced in the 2.6.0.9 version. I have finally managed to reproduce the problem. If you click on the points left column when the scoresheet has a certain size, the scorecolumn will scroll out of view because of one single pixel is lost in a rounding of a number function used in the resizing function :) I fill fix the "score out of view" today, but no new version will be published until I have fixed the "arrow" problem. The arrow indicator problem will take a little longer so in the mean time, don't use the "Resume a match" function if you are in a middle of a county or set match .

I have recieved some of the databases from this weekens BICC matches (PD is complete).

Version 2.6.0.10 has been released. The link to the latest executable has now been fixed (link was pointing to the 2.6.0.9 version).
The database from this weekends EDO and EDC event, England vs Europe is now available for download.
Click link below to download.

Thank you to the England Darts Organisation and Vic Sexton for donating the database.

Here is the change log for the new 2.6.0.10 version:

  • Brand new "Match Viewer". The viewer is now identical to the main scoresheet window.
  • Fixed the "Access violation" bug when opening the "Options" screen.
  • Fixed bug in the pairs draw in the "Tournament" screen (bye's disappearing when inserting players).
  • Fixed bug in "Average by match". Super League matches did not show W/L correct.
  • Changed the filter in "Average by match". Super League and County matches now uses the same filter.
  • In the "Tournament" screen, when inserting players, players allready in the draw is not listed in the players list anymore.
  • Changed som code in the "Upload current database". The zip file uploaded were sometimes empty if the current database was not in the default path.
  • Can't remember the rest ... :)

22.03.2008
21:35 CET

I have recieved the database from Whitley Bay Darts Open 2008. The database includes the full draw with all the results. The final was won by Glenn Moody, the happiest darter in the world :)

Thank you to Cliff Murray and Justin Broton donating the databases.

11:35 CET

Version 2.6.0.9 is a critical update. The 2.6.0.8 version had a serious bug in the "Tournament" screen. When I was testing the new options in the "Tournament" screen last night, I only tested with a complete draw sheet. When I ran som new tests this morning on a empty draw, I discovered that I had totally screwed up the function who reads the draw from the database. I have fixed all know bugs and tested as much as I had the time to. For me it now looks ok.

15.03.2008
09:50 CET

Version 2.6.0.8 has been released. It is now possible to show only last names instead of full names in the main screen. I had to add this option because of Raymond van Barneveld. His name is so long and when the PDC uses DfW on stage for the Premier League, the names gets simply too small :)
I have also fixed the font scaling in the score sheet in the main screen and also in the Match Viewer screen.
In the Tournament screen when doing draws with more than 32 players, the last 32 players in the draw will also be available in a separate tab named "The Finals". When a draw gets very big, it's hard to navigate. To solve this the "The Finals" tab has been added. I have also done some work on the Round Robin, but there's a lot more to do before it can be used.
I have recieved the database with the complete Torremolinos Open 2008 draws + all scores and stats from the finals.

The Lancashire-Middlesex BICC players import file has been reuploaded because of change in one of the names. The file is available on the BICC page.

I have just recieved my new ceramic darts from www.ceramicdarts.nl. They look great !!
I'm going to test them now and I will post here what I think about them.
I have the C-Grip M1 Titanium 25 gr darts. Thank you to Ad Schoofs and www.ceramicdarts.nl for letting me test the new darts.

UPDATE: My first 3 darts without warming up were T20,20,T20 :)
I'm testing the darts playing cricket, using DfW of course.

UPDATE 2: These are the best darts I've ever tested. I have hit at least one treble out of 3 darts every time. The reason I think is that I have always had a problem with dry fingers. I never play well the first 20 minutes because my fingers are to dry, but for the first time ever, the grip was perfect right from the start. The darts simply stuck to my fingers the perfect way. You can get the ceramic darts in blank and matte. Blank for me would probably have been a disaster, but the matte darts were excellent for me. I'm not sure if these darts are available to Joe Public yet, but I know that Barney have tested them. My darts are shaped almost like the old Alan Glazier darts, in other words, probably the same one as Barney used :)

A new tutorial is now available. I was supposed to create a tutorial for the new crikcet feature but I changed my mind and created a new tutorial for setting up a Super League matches instead. Thank you to Beryl Page for the tip :)

The Word file has better image quality than the PDF file.

I have recieved a database with some Glamorgan Super League matches. The database contains the following classic battles:

Rhondda Borough v Swansea B
Swansea B v Tondu
Swansea B v Porthcawl
Bargoed v Swansea B

Thank you to John Phillips of Glamorgan for donating the database. John is the Glamorgan Webmaster.

The 2.6.0.7 version is now available for download. I will create a tutorial for the Cricket option tomorrow. The Cricket option can be operated from the keyboard without using a mouse.

07.03.2008
23:30 CET

The new 2.6.0.7 version will probably be released tomorrow, Saturday, in the afternoon. There is a bug in the "Pairs" screen who has been fixed. I have also added the option to choose between 4,5 or 6 visible lines of scores in the scoresheet. i have also done a few other adjustments and bugfixes. The new version will also have Cricket darts.
I had by accident deletet all the BICC import files for Scotland North and Scotland South for 29/03/2008. New files has been uploaded.

I am very suprised of the fact that there are so "few" people, compared to how many licenses I have sold, who updates to the latest version of Darts for Windows. All licenses from October 2005 and up to this date is still valid for free updates.A lot of my customers thinks that they can't update because they are not connected to the internet (you don't have to be) or when trying to update, the computer complaints about a version is allready installed. Just uninstall the old version and then install the new one. Nothing is lost :). If you can't find the unlock code or have any problems, drop me a mail. It took Martin Adams two years to update to the latest version. I had to talk him into it when I spoke to him at Winmau WM :) ...and Raymond, it's free for you too :)
IT'S FREE FOR GOD'S SAKE - WHY DON'T YOU UPGRADE ? :)

I have recieved two more databases from this weekends BICC round.
Click link below to download.

I will release a new version of DfW in a few days, but from now on I will have two types of download. For upgrading to the latest version, you only have to download the EXE file and overwrite the current one in the installation folder. The second download is the full installer. By upgrading only the EXE file, no reinstallation is needed :)
I have tested the new Cricket feature in DfW and I must admit that I like it :)
I'm no expert on Cricket darts so don't expect miracles or any kind of spectacular stats, but if anyone can give me a hint i the right direction, I will of course do something about it. I have also added the option to adjust the numer of lines shown in the scoresheet. In all versions up to this date, 5 lines of scores were shown, but from the next version you can set the number of lines from 4-6 (12 to 18 darts). The option will be placed in the "Options" screen (Extended options).
The player import files for the next BICC weekend 29/03/2008is now available here. Division Two will be available soon.

04.03.2008
22:45 CET

The player import files for the next BICC round is now available for download from the BICC page. At the moment I have only created import files for Premier Division and Division One. The rest of the divisions will follow as soon as I get the updated list of players from the BDO. Please read the tutorial on the BICC page on how to import the players.
I have created a new tutorial on how to upload or distribute Darts for Windows databases.

I have also decided to include a simple version of Cricket darts in the next release of DfW. In Norway we call this type of game for Mickey Mouse :)

03.03.2008
14:40 CET

The database from Finnish Open 2008 is now available for download.
Robert Wagner "gave" the title to Steve West by missing loads of doubles in the final leg.
Just to make sure the check for updates are working, I have released version 2.6.0.6. The new version also contains a sneak preview of the Round Robin layout in the "Tournament" screen and a bugfix in the county team screen. When saving a county team, the display name was not set to "Teamname MA", "Teamname WA" and so on. This has now been fixed.
The new web server script used for unlocking Darts for Windows, had a nasty bug preventing the automatick unlock function to work properly. The script bug is now fixed.
I have also recieved some of the databases from this weekends BICC matches.
Click link below to download.

Thank you all for datbase donations.

29.02.2008
00:00 CET

The 2.6.0.5 version is now available for download. I have added automatic check for updates in the new version. I have also improved the report when printing the details from a Six Nations match. The registration window has also been improved and is now far more intuitive (I hope). The work with support for Round-Robin tournaments has also begun.
The new upload database function in DfW seems to be very popular :)
When you upload a database, it will not be visible in the download section until I have approved the database (if I do...:) ).

25.02.2008
17:00 CET

The complete database from the Six Nations Cup 2008 is now available for download. Congratulations to Wales for winning the title. I have also recieved a Youth County match from Ricky Carter, Dorset County. The match between Dorset and Hampshire was played last weekend.

23.02.2008
22:45 CET

Click here to download the database from the Six Nations Cup 2008. The database contains the results and stats from day 1. The matches continues tomorrow morning at 10:00 GMT.

PLEASE DOWNLOAD THE NEW 2.6.0.4 VERSION IF YOU HAVE 2.6.0.3 ON YOUR COMPUTER.
Version 2.6.0.4 has been released because of a serious bug in the main screen in the 2.6.0.3 version. When game shot, the dialog box with the number of darts used in the checkout did not show. I simply had forgot to initiate a variable in my code.

Thank you to Marc Evans for the results from "Trumpet House Premier League" :).
Marc was the first person to test the new upload function in DfW. Marc played 4 matches against Graham Fillery and here are the results:
Marc Evans v Graham Fillery 3-8
Marc Evans v Graham Fillery 8-3
Marc Evans v Graham Fillery 6-8
Marc Evans v Graham Fillery 8-5

Averages: Marc 15.75
Graham 15.92
Keep on practicing boys :)

22.02.2008
19:05 CET

Version 2.6.0.3 is now available for download, I have fine tuned a couple of screens and also changed a few things.
I have also added an option to backup the active database, zip compress it, and upload it directly to my server. Very handy for posting databases to this site with little or no computer knowledge. Feel free to try out this option :) (see the picture below)

Version 2.6.0.2 has been released today. This version fixes bugs in the "Match Details", "County" and "Super League" screens. Support for the PDC Premier League format (14 legs, or first to 8) has been added to the new version.

17.02.2008
23:40 CET

Version 2.6.0.1 has been released. The program has undergone a massive overhaul under the hood. Super League is no longer limited to 7 mens or 5 women. A Super League team can now be setup with 3 to 12 players.
The setup window has changed a lot, but it should be rather easy to use. The player names and teams is now in the setup window instead of its own screen. I have also added some extended options in the "Options" screen.
The colours in the score sheet has changed. It is now possible to turn on/off the divider in the score sheet and also change the colour of the scores and points left. The size of the averages box can now be set to "Large" or "Normal" in the "Options" screen. I have also fixed a lot of minor bugs found along the way. I will also add support for the Premier League format in a few days. The PL format is 14 legs or first to 8 legs and is used by the PDC.

17.02.2008
21:55 CET

The player import files for the next BICC wekend on the 01/03/2008 has been uploaded to the BICC page.
The database from Dutch Open 2008has been updated with the missing quarter final between Robert Thornton and Joey ten Berge. The database is available in the database download section or you may click the link below.

All Premier Division matches from last weekend is now available for download on my BICC page.
www.dartsforwin.com and www.dartsforwindows.com is now online again. My server has never been down more than a few minutes the last 30 months, but as soon as I left for Portugal last Saturday, the power on my server said goodbye. I was lucky to get hold of a new power at Wortens in Albufeira. I came home this morning at 04:00 from Portugal. Around 09:15 last Sunday, this server went down. I was also without an internet connection at my hotel so I felt very frustrated because of the "isolation" and my server problems :). I have been working on DfW the whole week and I have rewritten thousands of lines of code to prepare the program for more improvements. I'm almost done with the coding, but it will still take some time to test it for bugs. I have also done a few changes, requested by the PDC. The size of the averages boxes can now be set to a very much larger size (two settings, normal and large). I hope I will have the new 2.6 version ready by the end of the week.

01.02.2008
19:35 CET

Darts for Windows 2008 is now used by the PDC at Premier League. They still use markers on stage, but they now have DfW on two monitors on stage. DfW must be set to "Best of unlimited" legs when used at the Premier League, because of the option to get a draw in the match.
I'm leaving for Portugal on Saturday 2nd. I'll be in Albufeira until Sunday 10th of February. I may have internet connection most of the time, but I'm not 100% sure. If you buy a license during that period, please be patient as it may take a little while before you get the confirmation and the unlock code.
I'm working with the Super League and the new "Match Wizard". A new version should be available in a couple of weeks.

27.01.2008
01:25 CET

The database from today's Tyne & Wear Open 2008 Presented by Stella Artois is now available in the database download section on the right side. Thank you to Alan Slight for donating the database. The database includes the complete men's draw with all the results + the scores and stats from the stage matches.

26.01.2008
17:25 CET

I'm going to improve the Super League and County part of Darts for Windows. The Super League part is simply not good enough. I was not aware of all the different game formats. What I want now is to change the setup so the SL team can consist of 3 to 12 players. I would be very happy for some feedback regarding the SL playing format.
The "Match wizard" screen is undergoing a facelift to make it easier to operate.
I would like to thank all the counties for the donations of DfW databases. I still want more databases. Take a look at my BICC page, maybe you have a missing database to add to the list.

22.01.2008
23:15 CET

All databases from this weekends BICC Premier Division is now available for download on the BICC page. I have also added about 10 databases from the 2007/2008 season.

It is very important that you all follow the instructions when buying a license. If you register at PayPal with a fake email address when using a credit card, I will not be able to send you the instructions on how to get your unlock code. As soon as you have paid for a license, go to http://www.dartsforwin.com/paid.html and follow the instructions there.

16.01.2008

Because of the value of GBP (£) has dropped over 20% against the Norwegian NOK the last 18 months, I may have to raise the price from £19 to £21 pr. license in the near future to cover my costs. If I do, I will give a two weeks notice on this page. The price is anyway very low compared to what the software can do and the time I spend on developing it.

The database and the draw has been updated with the men's final. Congratulations to Mark Webster for winning the Lakeside 2008. The men's total stats has also been updated.

Click here to learn how to open the database in Darts for Windows after download and here is how to view the stats and scores.

In case you did not know, Darts for Windows is the software used by the BDO on stage at Lakeside for all scores and stats. The BDO does not use markers on stage, only Darts for Windows.

Ladbrokes.com final score: John Part-Kirk Shepherd 7-2
The 2008 Ladbrokes.com WDC database now contains 51 of the 63 matches, including the final between John Part-Kirk Shepherd. I have added the missing first round matches Mick McGowan-Jason Barry and Andy Jenkins-Miroslav Navratil and the second round match, Peter Manley-Alan Warriner-Little

Click link below to download the database in Darts for Windows format.

A new version of DfW will be available in a few days. As soon as the 2008 Ladbrokes.com is over, I will get some time to add some new features to DfW before Lakeside starts. In the new version there will now be an option to backup the current active database. The backed up database will be compressed in ZIP format to make it smaller. I will also add the option to show the total number of games won in a BICC match, making it easy to see what the total score is. I will also start to create BICC import files for downloading from my site, containing all the BICC players registered in the current season, county by county. This will save all the Counties using Darts for Windows all the typing of the players names. Each file will contain all the players for each match (you may have to add new players to the database if the player does not exist in the current season in the BDO archives).
The new BICC page with the import files can be found here.

Kirk Shepherd and John Part is in the final of 2008 Ladbrokes.com WDC. 1st. semi-final result: John Part-Kevin Painter 6-2
2nd semi-final result: Kirk Shepherd-Wayne Mardle 6-4

The 2008 Ladbrokes.com WDC database now contains 47 matches, including the semi-finals, John Part-Kevin Painter and Kirk Shepherd-Wayne Mardle. I have also added the missing first round matches, Denis Ovens-Colin Monk, Mark Dudbridge-Steve Hine and Barrie Bates-Gerry Convery to the db. The drawsheet has also been updated with the results and I have also added the match start time to the drawsheet. I'm still a few matches behind, but I will continue to add as many as possible. It takes a lot of time to watch every match and enter the scores into DfW because almost all matches has went to a tie breaker. I don't have the video of a couple of the matches so the database will not be complete, unless someone has all the the data for the matches I'm missing. I forgot to put on my recorder yesterday so I missed the Shepherd-Manley match. Don't forget that is is also possible to play against all the legs/players/matches in the 2008 Ladbrokes.com WDC database. Take a look at this article on how to do it (not possible in the demo version).

Version 2.5.1.17 is now available for download. The bugs in the "Tournament" screen has been fixed. When loading a saved drawsheet, the match format data was cleared after loading (the best of legs/sets settings). The missing data led to some trouble when starting a match straight from the drawsheet and also when entering the results of a match into the drawsheet, the winning player was not moved automatically to the next match.
The Ladbrokes.com database has been updated with three of the matches from today, Painter-Mason, Shepherd-McGowan and Lewis-van der Voort. The complete drawsheet has also been added to the database. The database now contains 28 first and second round matches.

The database also contains the fantastic match between Jelle Klaasen and Vincent van der Voort who went all the way to sudden death. The match includes 18 x 180's, 12 by Vincent, 6 by Jelle.

A new version is out.
I managed by accident to turn off the tie-break option in set matches a couple of months back without anyone noticing it... What I did was simply setting a sign to point in the wrong direction in the source code
(<= instead of >=). I'm glad there were no tie-breaks on stage at Winmau when I was there... :)
I have also fixed the stupid "LEGS WON" bug in the main screen. Those boxes were ment for County matches, but they will be replaced by the total number of matches won in a County match instead. The database from Ladbrokes.com has been updated tonight's matches, Maish-Priestley, Lewis-Askew and Barneveld-Forde.

I'm too busy at the moment watching darts on TV, so not much has been done lately :)

The Ladbrokes.com World Darts Championship database has been updated with three new matches. I'm a few matches behind, but I will continue to update the database when I get the time.
Click link below to download the database in Darts for Windows format.

There is a couple of bugs in the 2.5.1.14 version. When hiding the averages and then showing them again, two boxes marked "LEGS WON" will also be shown. The tie-break option in set matches does not work at the moment. A new update will be released within the next couple of days.

The Ladbrokes.com World Darts Championship has just started tonight.
Alan Tabern (ave 29.39) won 3-1 in sets against Denmark's Per Laursen (ave 28.06). Per got punished for missing doubles like he did last year when he lost to Dennis Priestley in the second round.
Wayne Mardle (ave 30.37) is also through to the next round after beating Ray Carver (ave 30.10) 3-2 in an exiting match. The datbase now contains two of the first three matches. I will add the last two matches tomorrow.

A new "How to" is available. It is now possible to create BDO compatible export files from DfW. Create the export file using DfW and mail your files to your BDO Executive. This will speed up the time it takes for the BDO to publish the full results from County weekends on http://www.bdodarts.com

The database section has been updated with 4 new databases from this weekends BICC matches.

Thank you to Wayne Williams, John Weller, Steve Mann, Cliff Murray and Beryl Page for the donations.
Please donate datbabases if you use Darts for Windows for tournaments or BICC. I will post ANY database :)

Version 2.5.1.14 is out.
Fixed bug when saving the Match Log to PDF. Fixed bug in floating window. This bug caused a random "Access violation".
New feature: Save data from a County match in BDO readable format. Complete data from a BICC match can now be exported from DfW. This gives you an option to send all results from a BICC match electronically to your Bdo Executive. A new "How to" will be available later tonight for this new feature.

A new version is out.
Fixed bug when printing a draw sheet with 128 players, only the first 4 pages were printed instead of 5 (the 5th is the finals). The printout of all players in alphabetical order from a draw sheet did cut off some players at the end. This is now fixed.

Version 2.5.1.12 is now available for download.
New features:

  • Download Darts for Windows 2008 v 2.5.1.12
  • Enlarged the boxes in the (black) stats screen
  • Number of legs won shown in the stats screen in county matches
  • Support for up to 2048 players in drawsheet.
  • When double clicking in the legs and shots screen, the match viewer will now browse to the correct leg.
  • Add all players to a draw sheet with just one click of a button.
  • Added support for Mixed Pairs matches.
  • Added support for Mixed Pairs and Mixed Youth tournaments
  • Option to place byes evenly in groups in draw sheet
  • When setting up a County team, only players assigned to a County will be shown.
  • Total legs for both teams in County matches
  • Redesigned the screen for setting up County teams.
  • Expanded the size of the players name in main screen.
  • Changed the output of data from County matches.
  • Added more filters to draw sheet (how to display players names).
  • A lot of minor bugfixes.
The setup of BICC County matches are the winner this time. DfW will soon have support for exporting in BDO readable format. This will save the Counties a lot of paper work when reporting the scores to your BDO Executive. When setting up a BICC match in the new version, the correct division and match type (A or B) MUST be set when you create a new team. When registering players for a county match, the players county MUST be picked from the list. No more team names like "Xxxxxx Men's A" and so on. A player must be assigned to the correct county, fex. Devon, Kent, Lancashire and so on to make it compatible to the BDO standard. The PDF and Word version of "How to setup a BICC County match" has also been updated.

The new 2.5.1.12 version will be released tomorrow night. The update is done, but I have to update all the documation before I can release the new version. Most of the changes are related to the County match setup.
The new "How to setup a BICC match in Darts for Windows" is now available for download. This "how to" is for the new 2.5.1.12 version.

Note that a few players has the same name in the 2048 draw, but the players are not identical so it is not an error :)

Oxygen Interactive, the copyright holder of a ceratin pc game, have asked me to remove the "howto" for using sound files with DfW. Since I'm not breaking any Norwegian laws, I have decided to not remove the html page. I have rewritten the "howto" for using certain sound files with Darts for Windows. This server does not contain any copyrighted sound files or any illegal files, only a document on how to play sound files from other programs/games in DfW (I'm not going to name the pc game here). If you buy the pc game or download the demo, I'm not responsible for how you use the files or what program you use to play them.
The new version of DfW is ready, but I have to rewrite the "How to setup a BICC match" before I can release the new version.

I have had two reports of virus in the latest version of Darts for Windows. The Darts for Windows executable is compressed and encrypted to prevent hacking and some of the free virus checkers detects the compression method as a virus. I have always the latest virus definition files on all my computers and servers. I use commercial virus chekcers instead of the freeware, so I don't get those kind of false alarms.

The database from Winmau World Masters 2007 is now available for download. Congratulations to Robert Thornton for winning the Winmau World Masters 2007. Robert threw 24 maximums in his stage matches :)
It was a real pleasure to watch him on stage. He played fantastic darts in all his stage matches. Robert also qualified for the Lakeside 2008.
Karin Krappen won the ladies, Kimberley Lewis took the girls title and Shaun Griffths won the boys title.

Thank you to the BDO for donating the database.
