how to use Darts for Windows 2008 in a network

I want multiple users to connect to the same database on a network share. How do I do that ?

Darts for Windows 2008 is ideal for tournament use and it has no problem to handle many users to connect to the same database at the same time. There ar two ways of doing that. The first and easiest way is to simply create a new database on the network share by using the "Create a new blank database" from the "File" menu and point to the share. All the other users can then go to the "File" menu and click on "Open a database". It's simple as that.
The second method is to simply edit the "dartsforwin.ini", located in the "Windows" folder. To edit the ini file, just click on the "Start" button i Windows and then click on the "Run" menu. Enter dartsforwin.ini in the "Run" dialog box and press the "Enter" key or click on "OK". The ini file will then open in Notepad. This is how my ini file look like:
[Database]
Filename=C:\database\Newdb\Lakeside World Pro 2006.mdb
Autoplay=C:\autoplay\autoplay.mdb

[Recover]
Recovery=1

[Layout]
TiledTop=0

[Printing]
MaxDartsBDOstyle=57
WhatToPrint=0
Autowidth=1

[Align]
StatsPanels=0

[Average]
Average3=0
[Tons]
TonPlusValue=140

Just edit the line shown in bold and save the file. Start Darts for Windows 2005 and the network database will be opened.
